A gradual process of deep changes has occurred in the world of tourism hospitality thanks to a
growing enterprise dynamism linked to the advanced technologies.
Consequently the development of the hospitality industry cannot be considered apart from the
training of managers, able to bring deep changes and qualified skills in accordance to the process of
improvement of hotel services quality, in a field intended to permanent employ the largest
percentage of labour-force, compared to other industrial sectors.
Aim:
Supply the participants with specific and highly professional competences, for the organization and
management of the hotel industry in an international dimension and with a fascinating and
distinguished range of offered services.
Training:
At fascinating and famous 5 stars chain hotels, from three to six months, all over the world
Professional openings:
front offìce, conference organisation, food and beverage, banqueting and convention,
administration, human resources, sales and marketing, events planning.
Admission:
We require a degree or the enrolment in the third year of university or high school diploma with 3
years experience min in this sector.
Enrolment conditions:
The screening and the recruitment of the candidates will be based on the C.V., a written English
test, a questionnaire and an individual interview.
